Shipping & Delivery Policy

All programs, starter kits, mentor briefs, review feedback, and certificates provided by FirstShift are delivered 100% digitally. No physical items or packages are shipped to your residential address.

Upon successful payment confirmation on WhatsApp or email, your digital starter kit, firm assignment brief, and mentor onboarding details are dispatched to your registered email address (hello@firstshift.in) and WhatsApp number within 24 to 48 hours.

Upon meeting the rubric bar at the end of your internship, your verified certificate of completion and firm experience letter are generated digitally and sent to your email. Each certificate includes a permanent public online verification link.
