The real brief
What you will actually work on
No generic prompts. You are matched to a real registered firm and work on their brief.
Brief: "A budgeting app for first-job professionals is seeing users drop off after week 2. Run a small qualitative study to understand why and recommend 3 fixes." You recruit 5 users from your own network, run 20-minute interviews, and deliver a research plan, interview notes, an affinity map, and a findings deck.

Who this is for

How do I find interview participants?
From your own network: classmates, family in their first jobs, friends. We give you a screener to make sure they fit.
Do I need design skills?
No. This is research, not UI design. Clear writing and listening matter more.
What if I cannot find 5 participants?
We help troubleshoot. You need at least 4 completed interviews to earn the certificate.
