We are a small, independent team building real-work internships for students and career-break returners in India. We do not post fake job openings. When we have a real role, it is here.
We are not actively hiring full-time roles right now. We are, however, always interested in talking to people who can review student work in a specific domain: a working software engineer, a working marketer, a working data analyst, a working UX researcher, a working content lead. If you do one of these for a living and want to review FirstShift submissions on the side, write to us.
We are also interested in partner firms: real registered Indian businesses that want to host interns on real briefs. If you run one, we would like to talk.
